   Yukiko Shimo is considered one of the top woodblock print artists in Japan.  This is her first solo exhibition in the United States.

   Works in Clay Holiday Show and Sale hosted by the Roswell Art Center West at its Clay West Gallery, 1355 Woodstock Rd., Roswell.
   The show will feature the work of more than 50 ceramic artists, and will highlight collectible items and affordable gifts.

Every Wednesday
   Roswell Chapter of GA Leads Business Networking Meeting at 7:30 a.m. sharp at Southern Skillet, 1037 Alpharetta St., Roswell.
   The group is a dynamic mix of entrepreneurs and business people who meet weekly in a highly structured, business-focused one hour breakfast session.  Member categories are non-competitive, and the meetings are designed for business people to share leads and ideas.
   Membership is by invitation only, but everyone is invited to attend a meeting as a guest.

   Dollhouse Christmas at Barrington Hall, 535 Barrington Dr., Roswell.
   Meticulously decorated large scale dollhouses and recreated room boxes will be the inspiration for the beautiful traditional decorations throughout the house.
   Tour prices are $8 adults, $7 seniors, $6 children.

November 29
   Candlelight Tour of Barrington Hall, Bulloch Hall and Smith Plantation from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
   All historic homes will be open for touring with guides, music and refreshments.  A free trolley service will be provided between each of the homes.
   No reservations required.  Tickets can be purchased at any of the three locations to include admission to all three homes $20 adults, $15 children in advance and $25/$20 at the door.

   Book Sale at The Alpharetta Library, corner of Mayfield and Canton St. from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday.
   In addition to hundreds of books, there will also be some craft items for sale.

   Holiday Peace Party at Strawberry Fields Gallery, 12655 Birmingham Hwy., Alpharetta.
   Come listen to music, view the beautiful artwork, do a little holiday shopping and enjoy holiday treats with Champagne.
   Bring your canine with you!  There will be pictures with Santa for canine and you.
   A percentage of all sales will be donated to Canine Assistance.

   Annual Holiday Book Sale from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at The Roswell Library, 115 Norcross St.
   The sale will feature a large selection of Holiday books and a bargain book table of non-fiction books priced at 25 cents.

   Roswell’s Annual Holiday Celebration on the Square at 5:15 p.m.
   A fun-filled evening of activities for the whole family including carolers, lighting of the square, a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and a visit from Santa.

December 6 and 7
   Santa’s Secret Gift Shop at Roswell Town Square immediately following the lighting of the square from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday.
   Children ages 12 and younger will have a chance to shop for their family at this special gift shop.  Your child will be matched up with an elf who will guide them through the shop and help them wrap their gifts.
   All items are affordable and all  proceeds benefit the Roswell Ramblers Senior Club.

   31st Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Milton Square City Park, downtown Alpharetta at 5 p.m.
   Musical performances, a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and visits from Starbucks Cheer Patrol and the Jolly Man himself complete this family tradition.

   “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!” at ACT1 Theatre located in Alpharetta Presbyterian Church, 180 Academy St., Alpharetta.
   In this hilarious Christmas tale, a couple  struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids, probably the most inventively awful kids in history.  You won’t believe the mayhem and the fun when the Herdmans collide with the Christmas story head on.

   “A Christmas Carol” and “A Tuna Christmas” are both playing at Rosewater Theatre, 633 Holcomb Bridge Rd., Roswell.
   “A Christmas Carol” will be performed in the Theatre in the Round. 
   “A Tuna Christmas” is the hilarious sequel to “Greater Tuna” and provides a comical glimpse of Christmas in the third smallest town in Texas where local news personalities report on various Yuletide activities such as the annual lawn display competition.
