At The Prime School of Mathematics, we specialize in helping pre-K through 8th grade students excel in math. We offer after school and weekend classes to public, private, and home-schooled students. Our curriculum emphasizes logical reasoning, mental calculation, modeling, problem solving, and word problems. We teach students to think mathematically – logically, agilely and creatively.

We accommodate these different needs by assigning students to classes based on their mathematical abilities rather than their age or grade.

Gifted students receive the extra challenge and stimulation they need to meet their full potential and are encouraged to work ahead of grade level when they are ready. Students who are currently struggling with math are placed in classes where they can acquire the skills and understanding they missed in their regular school.

In addition, we limit classes to no more than 10 students. This allows us to create an intellectually challenging, yet friendly and supportive learning environment in which each student receives personalized attention.

Our program uses the United States editions of textbooks and workbooks developed in Singapore, the world’s leader in elementary and high school math education. We supplement these with additional challenging problems that help our students develop a comprehensive understanding of the math they are studying.
