Men Robbed At Hammer Point

An armed robbery took place on the night of September 4 at Concepts 21 on Old Holcomb Bridge Road.

According to the police report, a man and his friend had been walking through Concepts 21 when four males wearing ski masks jumped out of some bushes and demanded money. Each robber had a hammer in his hand. Three robbers attacked one man, while the fourth robber attacked the other. Wallets, cell phones and a hat were all stolen from the men, who suffered many wounds in the attack.

Sadly, the victims were unable to give a good description of the attackers.

Louis Money, 32, of Roswell, was arrested September 8 on Holcomb Bridge Road for speeding and DUI.

John Hamby, 23, of Cumming, was arrested September 8 on Holcomb Bridge Road for failure to signal when changing lanes, DUI and having a BAC of .08 or more.

Sherwood Love, 58, of Roswell, was arrested September 6 on South Atlanta Street for speeding, DUI and having a BAC of .08 or more.

Nicole Kennedy, 24, of Duluth, was arrested September 7 on South Atlanta Street for failure to maintain her lane, DUI and having a BAC of .08 or more.

Patrick Ferguson, 36, of Roswell, was arrested September 6 on Houze Road for speeding, DUI and having a BAC of .08 or more.

Patrick O’Malley, 54, of Alpharetta, was arrested September 8 on Holcomb Bridge Road for DUI.

Christopher Mark Forsyth, 42, of Cumming, was arrested September 8 on Holcomb Bridge Road for DUI, having a BAC of .08 or more and following too closely behind a vehicle.

Mark Patrick Layton, 29, of Woodstock, was arrested August 31 on Alpharetta Street for DUI.

Drug Arrests

Kenneth Earl Howell, 38, of Atlanta, was arrested September 4 at the Roswell Detention Facility for possession of cocaine.

Mandelin Lafaye Barrow, 32, of Savannah, was arrested September 7 on Holcomb Bridge Road for possession of marijuana, failure to maintain her lane and not having her headlights on.

Crystal Vasquez-Berry, 33, of Roswell, was arrested September 10 on Old Dogwood Road for possession of marijuana.

Rafael Z. Xochipiltecatl, 34, of Roswell, was arrested September 3 on Riverside Road for possession with intent to distribute drugs.

Ladona Michelle Lawson, 38, of Alpharetta, was arrested September 3 on Old Dogwood Road for giving a false name to officers, possession of drug-related paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Rogelio Regalado, 18, of Woodstock, was arrested September 1 on Holcomb Bridge Road for possession of marijuana.
